This was my first appt at this shop. I had an 8 o'clock appointment with Catherine for a wash, retwist & style for my locs. I was very pleased to see ...that she was there and waiting at the door. I was greeted by name, and that was mind-blowing to me. She was very professional and I could tell that she knew what she was doing.
