Child’s cut/senior haircut Full braid up

A couple of months ago, we went in for grandsons scheduled hair appointment. I admit we were 15 minutes late, but she was still braiding someone's ha...ir. We waited for approximately 30 to 45 minutes, but still braiding, no problem. My grandson had to get his haircut by someone else, but no braids. Anyways, his grandpo took him another time, but they left after waiting 45 minutes. Today, another appointment scheduled in which Victoria said she would not cut his hair because my husband left from last appointment. My son told her, only because they waited at least an hour. Mind you, it was 45 minutes past scheduled appointment. My grandson is very respectful so not sure where the problem is. Mistakes were on both sides, but to belittle a 9 year old is beyond understanding and not forgiveable. To go outside and complain in front of a child is not mature. Show more

I’m sorry the scheduling app was not the proper way for your scheduling .I recommend you call me to schedule so it’s done correctly .showing up late and expecting to be gone befor the time u gave was not possible due to a game he had to be at .thank you for the review

First two times I came she was great with me, she had some bad experiences with my nephews hair and refused to do it again because she messed up sched...uling twice now first time she was trying to make my dad wait an additional 45 minutes on top of the hour she already had them wait before she would do my nephews hair and complained because they left and refused to wait had and appointment with her today to do his hair again just got here and she refused to do his hair I will not be returning horrible customer service, and on top of all that without knowing my schedule she tells me you should start bringing him in yourself. Look at your time slots lady their the only service you had offered on this app for almost a month before this week was only a cut that was at 30 minute time slots I can screenshot and show you proof because that’s what I scheduled and paid for and no it was not my mom schedules with you she doesn’t even use the Booksy app when I showed up you literally said “oh that’s your mom” and then said well I don’t know how I had an appointment scheduled after two today yet you were there. Once you heard it was my nephews appointment that’s when you said oh well I don’t want to do his hair anymore and to ask my father to wait almost 2 hours past his appointment time is outrageous that is not in the scheduled appointment time we have proof.
