This girl CAN NOT braid 🥷🏾 hair for her life. She was sitting there yanking out my hair with a fine tooth comb, playing with the blow dryer, didn’t ...stretch nothing but my ends and made them break off. And the braids are crooked asf like a straight part really would’ve saved the whole experience but yea…no😂0/10 wouldn’t recommend Show more

I recently had the pleasure of taking a youth from the group home I work at to Barbershop Love for starter locs, and the experience was absolutely ama...zing! From the moment I called inquiring about prices of services, to booking the appointment, to when we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff set the tone for a great appointment. Eden took the time to explain each step to the youth, ensuring that he felt comfortable and informed. This was especially important for our youth, who was both excited and nervous about getting locs for the first time. Would not recommend. Reason one she can’t cut hair- both cuts she did were un even and messy. She doesn’t communicate with her clients either- it’s no...t a welcoming atmosphere.. Aside from that, my biggest problem is she cancelled on me twice last minute and this time it was while I was already at the shop and had hours booked and confirmed for my appointment. She clearly cannot manage her time and I find that very unprofessional. Show more

This client had a difficult time accommodating to my standards for my booking, a strong miscommunication and I did explain the difficulties In same day booking. I have had this client multiple times and he never expressed his feelings about my services. I make sure all of my clients are happy with their experience during and after each appointment, and never got any complaints from this particular client. I wish any of this would have been expressed to me so I could have fixed any “uncomfortable” or unpleasant experiences. I have tons of clients who respect my time and enjoy their time, maybe I wasnt the right barber for their experience! I look forward to proving this review very wrong and hopefully I could service them in the future 🙂
