I used to really enjoy going to GT but after today, I won’t be returning. He’s a wizard with the clippers and will give you a good cut but his punctua...lity is a deal breaker for me. Multiple times have I made an appointment only for GT to be well behind schedule. Once or twice I get, but almost every single time I show up for my appointment, it doesn’t start until 30-60 minutes after my appointment time. I had an appointment for 12:10, showed up at 12:10, and started getting cut at 1:00. He was so behind today that when he finished the cut in front of me, he told me to sit down on the chair without cleaning it off and there was a pile of hair on it and I had to say something to him before I sat down. GT is a good dude and does good work, but the reason I make appointments is so I don’t have to wait an hour before being seen. Show more

I recently had my first experience with GT Barber, and unfortunately, it was quite unprofessional. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I had ...to wait 40 minutes while the barber was cutting another customer's hair. This delay made me late for my other appointments. I hope GT Barber improves his professionalism in the future. It's worth noting that if I had been 20 minutes late, I would have been charged a $25 fee. The expectations only for the customer is disappointing. Show more
