Lucas was awesome! 10000% recommend booking a tempering session with him especially if you’re on the fence about trying it. My first session was hones...tly 100 times better than any deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. It’s worth every dollar and a considerable value compared to massages in my opinion. Lucas is super knowledgeable about not only tempering but also about the muscular and nervous systems, stress and how it affects the body etc. He answered all of my questions and the results were literally amazing. I felt immediate relief from neck/trap/back pain that I’d been having for years now. It got to the point that I was just used to feeling that pain and tension and no deep tissue massage, acupuncture etc really did much to help. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt during and even after the session. I’ve told all my friends and coworkers about him and recommend anyone and everyone to go see him. I was unsure of how effective it would really be but am so glad I tried it and looking forward to my next appointment!! Show more

I have been going to Lucus for almost a year now, and the body tempering techniques he uses have allowed me to move and do exercises in the gym I have... not been able to in years! There is no one out there like him, and I have referred many family members and friends. What I value most is his ability to take the time to listen, and come up with solutions not only to make me feel better when I’m done with my session, but educate me on how to move correctly and different stretches I can do to improve my mobility, in return improving the way I train. He adds real value, and that is hard to find these days. Show more
