Man, I wanted to like yall and give you the benefit of the doubt. But the service was very unprofessional and I paid money to be treated as an inconve...nience. Made an appointment for 5:45, and when I walked in I was asked if I had an appointment. I then waited 20 minutes-that’s ok I get walk-ins come in and I wasn’t in a rush. The guy who then gave me my “hair-cut” then didn’t introduce himself, didn’t say hello, just said sit down and what do you want. Told him I was looking for a trim and to shave my beard. The trim he gave me was ok, but at the end he didn’t bother to ask if it looked good. Just got up and walked to the cash register so I guess my cut was done? No shave either which is what I had booked online and really came in for. I then requested parts of the sides to be trimmed more. He took out the shaver and proceeded to chop off more than he trimmed initially and make my hair look boxy. At the check out, he then stared at me while the tip screen came up. Didn’t say thank you for coming, didn’t bother to ask if I liked it. The other guy then saw me looking at my haircut and Told him what went down. I appreciate that he said he would do it after the cut, but truthfully I had already paid over 60 dollars for a terrible experience and bad haircut and did not want to stick around. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. I hate leaving bad reviews especially since I know it’s their business, however this experience was awful. Show more

My hair stylist was a possibly new to the store young man named Alex. I asked him if he knew the hair style of David Lynch, and he didn't know who thi...s iconic moviemaker was. So I showed him a pic on my phone. I was pleasantly surprised on how good a job he did of emulating that style with my hair, which is not quite as thick as that of David Lynch.
