Quick & professional. I look forward to getting my hair washed and my scalp massaged... which isn't easy with my super thick 4c hair. The steam hydr...ation treatment on my natural hair is fabulous. I was excited about seeing Sherri because of the reviews. She did a good job cutting my hair which i tipped her for. However, what was advertised as a... 30 minute service turned into 1 hour and 30 minutes due to her how she prioritized me and another client (a relaxer) who came in after me. She made a point to tell me and the other customer, "not every client is your client." She's right. Because of client priotization, time management, and customer service, I'm not her client. They know about healthy-haircare & hair desig...n, use quality-haircare products, and provide excellent customer service! We were relaxed, comfortable, offered water & snacks, the Salon-and esp the Ladies' room was emaculantly CLEAN & had everything that a Woman needs for hygiene. My appointment was scheduled for 12:20 pm . I did not get home till 5:20pm. I was asked if I could wait to receive service just so three other clients... can receive their service only to just curl their hair. I waited 4 hours so three other clients can receive service for them to get out at a descent timeframe. No, I did not receive a discount at the end of my service. I was originally over charged at the end of my service which comes to find out it was a “mistake”. I was told by the owner the reason why I could not receive a discount because it is usually busy on the weekends. I booked my appointment for a silk press & trim. I am satisfied with my silk press service but not the trim. I feel like I received a hair cut instead . Show more
