Unfortunately, I would not nor can not recommend this young lady. I was excited to get my hair professionally serviced after doing it myself for sever...al months. I booked the ACV & retwist. To my surprise, my hair was washed in a beginners swimmer flotation device, which was extremely uncomfortable for my neck and my back. Nonetheless, I wanted to support another sister so I continued with the process. After all I had already paid for half of the service fee upon booking. After washing my hair, I noticed that there was still build up in my locs, which I was assured would be removed. She retwisted my hair using a loc gel that has a softer hold while my hair was still wet which resulted in my hair unraveling due to my texture. She did not retwist my locs to the end nor add the loose hair to existing locs. Fast forward, there was an issue with the cashapp payment, and she profiled me as if I was stiffing her for the remaining balance of $62. I advised her that I did not have my card and would need to schedule a ride to return home so that I could pay her in full. She did not my finish my hair, yet once I arrived home, I was able to retrieve my card and pay her in full. I would not recommend her whatsoever. I finished my hair and the buildup became more evident as I styled it. My hair has also started to unravel. As embarrassing as it might have been to not have proper payment with me (i.e. relied on Cashapp too heavily) I thought this mistake would be met with compassion and understanding. Needless to say, lesson learned-to not deal with ghetto people who breathe marijuana smelled breath on your hair and aren’t used to delivering a higher quality of work. Show more

Dee, as previously discussed, you were well accommodated for all of your requests - proof of such is in all of the videos taken by security cameras set up. You are correct in the fact that I had not completed your hair however, you were unable to complete the payment in full prior to leaving. You were met with compassion and understanding however, as a new client to me, we had not yet built a rapport for me to honor your requests. While I cannot deny your experience, I have never received a review to this magnitude so this was definitely a first for me as well. Nonetheless, I apologize that your expectations were not as pleasurable as previous clients. As always, thank you for your support! 🫶🏼
