As a note this appointment was not with Vy, but the first person available. I come here all the time and usually have a really great experience, but... this time was awful. My technician needed much more practice. I was cut and bleeding during the nail cleaning, and the filing and polish job were uneven & messy. My tech was polite, but not ready to do pedicures and it made the experience unenjoyable. Show more

The salon is spacious and clean. I didn't like that the pedicure tubs didn't have liners and that you had to climb up on a raised bench for the pedicu...re. Thao also stabbed my toes a couple of times and there is a cut on my big toe. Parking availability is terrible. I drove around for nearly 10 minutes to find a spot. Hence, I will not be going back to that location; and sadly, the location on NE Broadway also suffers from lack of parking. My friend gave me a gift card, which is why I went, otherwise, I would not have gone to this salon simply because of access issues. Show more
