We had an appointment schedule months in advanced. Unfortunately the service was cancelled via text in the middle of the night the day before my mothe...rs 8am appointment which I felt was very unprofessional. My mother has a wedding out of the country and we had to scramble last minute to find another braider able to do her desired style. Coco suggested rescheduling the following week despite me expressing my mother needed that style for a wedding that weekend. Show more
