Not sure what happened but I had great service the first time and then my follow up appointments were beyond disappointing. I’ve never experienced suc...h polar opposite extremes in getting a service from the treatment, the service, and the way I was handled when I brought up an issue of polish being left around my toes because my service was very sloppily done. Just wish I could’ve known if I had did something wrong but I for sure will never be returning again. **That’s the point I never had an issue with timing and not sure where that whole explanation is coming from. I am always very respectful of anyone’s timing and told you I was flexible with whatever time you gave me. Nothing else transpired from that as you are trying to make it seem. What I am referencing is your whole demeanor and attitude change after the first appointment in totality. I honestly thought you were sweet initially and didn’t even want to cause any issues but even when I told you about the polish on my toes you immediately combatted me on it. Which was obviously due to poor service. As for the picture, it was actually worse than that but some did come off. But again I was simply letting you know. Not sure where all the hostility has come from but I wish you the best with your endeavors and good evening. Show more
