My experience at this shop was alright. The barber was 30 minutes late to the appointment which wasn’t too big of an issue. I had other appointments t...hat day but it fortunately didn’t interfere with them. I showed the barber a photo of what the style that I wanted, and I fully understood that I couldn’t get it exactly like the picture but I did say I wanted it close to it. The end results was nothing like it. The cut was rather uneven to be quite frank. One side was more faded than the other and I can’t really style it to make it look less noticeable. Wu is a great guy though, had great conversation and had no complaints about the customer service however, I don’t think women’s cut is a service that he should be offering. The photo I showed him that I wanted came from his portfolio so I was pretty disappointed that he couldn’t come close to replicating it. Show more
