Every one here are so patient and professional. All the nail polish here is organic and I have never seen so many nail polishes in one store. Although... the price of this store is a bit expensive, it is only a few dollars more than other places. I personally think it is worth it because you get much more than this. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I got my nails done last night, and they were awful when I got home—bubbly, cracked, and way too thi...n. Despite that, I still paid and tipped. I went back this morning, expecting them to fix the issue for free, like any reputable salon would. Instead, I was scammed into paying an additional $80 on top of the $65 I had already paid. When I questioned it, they refused to get the manager, threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay, and showed complete disrespect. Avoid this place at all costs—they just lost a customer. Absolutely disgusting. Show more

Clean and welcoming nail salon with lovely staff. I had a super-soothing and beautiful lavender pedicure. I do wish the music choice was more relaxin...g and not so loud, but other than that, my experience was terrific. It was especially nice that other clients were not talking on their cellphones, which I have encountered in other salons. Top Nail Beauty Salon is my top choice! Show more

I had to go back on both Monday and Tuesday fo...r repairs, and now, just a few days later (Wednesday), another nail is coming off. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Over Christmas they asked every customer to just give them a review. Well, I'll give you one more! I had a bad experience here today and it really pis...sed me off that today was my last time here! Today I had my nails done and during that time someone came up to me and asked if I wanted a 10 minute massage, I said yes. When paying, I paid for the nails, the massage and gave my nail technician a tip. But she came back to me saying that I didn't give the tip to the girl who was giving me the massage. Are you fckng kidding me? I was a little shocked! For 10 min. massage she wanted a tip??? I also have my own business! My girls work much harder than these girls! And do you know how much Americans people tip them? Fckng nothing!!! I'm not talking about the amount I had to tip! I'm talking about the fckng principle! Sorry, but I don't think she deserved a tip for this! Your boss has a promotion at the salon that if I come 10 times, he'll give me a $10 discount. Each of my sessions is around $100 or more! In the summer, even more because I go for a pedicure. So I spend at least $1000 there for your boss to give me a $10 discount?!!!! That's fckng ridiculous! If you want more money, ask your boss to pay you better and not ask for a tip from a customer while the boss smokes outside!!!! This tipping thing here is not fair! We pay so much for everything and everyone expects you to give out tips as if you collected the money from trees!!! So a girl gives me a 10min massage - $10 and asks for a tip! And I have to spend $1000 there to get a $10 discount? Why should I appreciate you and give you a tip when I see how your boss appreciate his customer? If they gave at least a $100 discount, I wouldn't say anything but $10? That's ridiculous! And btw a tip is not an obligation!!!!!! It's because I want to give it to you, not because I have to! So good job you lost your customer! Show more
