terrible place i book the braids lady name ney. I showed the appointment and she confirms it on her app. I walk in and she’s doing someone else hair G...o and tell her that I have an appointment and how long is it gonna take because I work so that’s why I booked it on the app for my inconvenience she tells me that she can’t do my hair. mind you, I wasted my gas in my time to come all way out here for her to tell me that she can’t do my hair while on the app. She hasn’t available appointment but booked. They told me the next time she could do it Monday. I said OK I come to the shop. I don’t see her so I call her. Asking her where is she for her to tell me that she can’t do my hair today that’s the second time they wasted my time. Same issue and problem, wasted money and gas. Wasted my time twice to just tell me you can’t do my hair. What type of service is that? Show more
