We have been going to Fade Masters for several years. As of today, i am extremely disappointed, and we will not be returning. My son had a 3pm appt an...d after sitting and waiting for 45 mins (he is 17, hence why he waited so long) he was told that the barber whom he had an appt with had gone home sick. Nobody else offered to cut it or rectify the situation. This is bad customer service, and the 2nd time that this has happened, therefore i am very disappointed, and we will be finding a new barber. Amanda I sincerely apologize about your inconvenience but I sent all my customers a text message and I never got back a reply from you guys .if you reschedule for tomorrow I would gladly cut your sons hair for free.because I don't like loosing customers for miss understandings.
