This guy Will is unprofessional. I’ve gone to this shop a few times. Each time, I wasn’t completely happy with how he faded my beard and the sharpness... of the line up was just not there. To make matters worse, on 2 separate occasions he was late and this last time didn’t even show up and had the nerve to schedule me for Monday morning at 9am (like I don’t have a job). There are much better barbers in town and around. Save yourself the headache and find a professional outfit that will respect your time and do a great job at $40 for a line up. Even when I had Will do a baldy, he even screwed that up. I’m done with this clown! ***after reading your response, it goes to show that your the type of person that will never take accountability! I remember I was going to be a few moments late and I called you. You still charge me a late fee. However, when you ghost me and always late, I still tip you. Should go both ways. Learn to be on time and take accountability and maybe you wouldn’t get bad reviews. I’m not bashing your business. I’m holding you accountable. Show more

First off we're one of the top rated barbers on Booksy & Google in the area for a reason we do great work so clearly your just upset .. Things happend & my apologies if I missed an appointment wich I almost never do , u made a appointment for Monday 1/13 & then u come in on Sunday 1/12 the wrong day. Will does not cut on Sundays. but u made an outrages review that is ignorant & and poor example of character! we do great work & for the most part people leave our shop looking good & feeling good so what your saying isn't true. I coulda made this right but instead you go to bash our Buisness that we feed our family with. But you be blessed thanks for your buisness
