The atmosphere was calm, relaxing. I loved the fact that they had Lana Del Rey playing in the background, she is my favorite. The woman who did my las...h lift was a quiet a bit shy but nice. This was my first lash lift and she did let me know which step she was on and how long each step was. I fell asleep during the treatment. I felt comfortable the whole time. I awoke and saw the final results and absolutely loved my lashes. Before the treatment, my lashes pointed downwards. After the treatment, my lashes have a cute curl and lift and they look nice and much more feminine. The woman did tell me how to maintain them. I definitely will be back! Show more

My experience at 3D Lash and Brow Salon Academy was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had!! First off, the unprofessionalism there is unreal...!! I only booked there because while looking for a last minute lash appt with an evening slot… this popped up. I didn’t necessarily see bad reviews so I went with it. I’ve had professional lash techs do my lashes in the past, but my most recent lash tech moved cities. The lash tech did not really speak to me or check on how I was doing during the process. My lashes were not washed prior (I realized during the session). I asked the lash tech about washing my lashes and she said, “we do that sometimes, not every time.” The instructor did not check on the student one time. I guess I expected the instructor to be guiding the student, but my expectations were way to high for this place (really this should be a standard). The conversations, gossip, and rushing techs to finish was mind blowing. Nevertheless, my lashes were not finished in the corners,but the worst part is the glue was on the skin of my eye and not just the lash. I requested the lashes be taken off. The instructor finally instructed and advised the student to remove the lashes. I wasted 3 hours of my time for no service! Here is the kicker, I have to wait to speak to the manager to get a refund! I will neverrr go back! Show more

Sandra insalled my full set in February and did an excellent job, i was very pleased. My first refill appointment, the tech was a no show, so I resche...duled my apt. My second refill went excellent. I arrived today for a refill and the tech is an hr late, and I have to reschedule to go back to work. So the morale of the story is they do great work when they show up. Show more
